How it works

- 3Choose whether the consult is for you or your dependant, i.e., your child
- 4Pay for your consult via debit or credit card
- 5Answer a few quick questions about your symptoms
- 6Get connected to a private nurse or doctor from your phone, via voice, text or video call
- 7Get a script for medicine (not included in the consult price) and a sick note if needed

Dr Steph is a medical doctor with additional qualifications in primary emergency care and life support. He is passionate about providing compassionate care that empowers patients to live healthier lives. Outside work hours, he enjoys reading, open water swimming and great coffee.
Dr Hanzelle Muller
General Practitioner
Dr Hanzelle is a general practitioner and lifestyle medicine physician focused on the impact of trauma on chronic illness and pain. She is passionate about holistic health and helping people live happier, healthier lives. Outside work hours, she enjoys gardening, outdoor adventures and trying out healthy recipes.
Dr Zara-Anne Ramoo
General Practitioner
Dr Zara-Anne Ramoo graduated from the University of the Free State and also holds a certificate in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Greenwich. She completed her internship in East London and community service in Bloemfontein. Dr Ramoo is passionate about holistic patient care and is committed to empowering her patients through education on healthy living and preventative wellness
